What we build across Niagara

Every project begins at our climate-controlled shop on Lakeshore Road — wood selected, dimensions confirmed, components milled — then our own crew delivers and installs. Across every Niagara city we cover the full range of residential and commercial work:

• Custom staircases — hardwood, oak, maple, pine, or mixed-material treads; open-riser or closed; straight, L-shaped, or curved runs matched to your floor plan and ceiling height.
• Glass railings — frameless tempered panels, aluminum posts, top-rail or post-to-post systems. Popular for Niagara Falls views, lakefront Grimsby decks, and open-plan Welland builds.
• Outdoor and deck railings — aluminum, iron, or glass-panel systems built to withstand Niagara freeze-thaw cycles. We pull permits and coordinate with local building departments so the install is code-compliant on day one.
• Stair repairs and recapping — loose treads, squeaking risers, worn nosings, full recapping over existing stringers. Common in older St. Catharines and Thorold homes; often faster and less disruptive than a full rebuild.
• Commercial railings — code-grade iron and aluminum guards, handrails, and cable systems for offices, restaurants, retail, and hospitality venues across the Region.
• Full stair renovations — remove the old staircase entirely, adjust the opening if the layout allows, and build from the subfloor up. We coordinate with the City of Welland and other building departments for permits on structural work.
