Our Process

Every staircase is engineered before it's built. CAD-designed, CNC-cut, hand-finished — and installed by the same craftspeople who built it.

01

Consultation & Measurement

We visit your space, take precise measurements, and discuss your vision — materials, style, railing design, and budget. No guesswork: every dimension is confirmed on site.

02

CAD Design

Your staircase is modeled parametrically in CAD software. Every joint, angle, and dimension is computed before any wood is cut — so you can see and approve the final result first.

03

CNC Fabrication

Components are cut on our CNC router with sub-millimeter accuracy. Joinery — mortise and tenon, dovetails, finger joints — is machined directly into each piece.

04

Hand Finishing

Each piece is sanded, stained, or oiled by hand. We use structurally rated adhesives and take the time to get every surface right before it reaches your home.

05

Installation

On-site assembly and installation by our own team. We ensure level, plumb, and solid — built to last decades and backed by our craftsmanship guarantee.
