Your visit — We come to your space, take precise measurements, and walk through wood species, baluster style, and finish options together.

Your design — The opening is drawn in CAD; you see and approve the drawing before a single piece of wood is ordered.

Shop fabrication — Components are cut on our CNC router in our Lakeshore Road shop and checked against the approved drawing.

Hand finishing — Wood species, stain tone, or clear oil: you choose the look; we apply and sand every piece by hand.

Installation — Our own crew handles delivery and assembly. We stay until the job is 100% complete.
