These terms cover your use of niagarastairs.ca and any estimate request or inquiry you submit through it to Grant's Stairs and Railings. They do not cover the terms of an actual signed project contract, which is agreed separately, in writing, once your quote is finalized.

Estimates and quotes

Any price, price range, or "starting at" figure shown on this site (including the pricing guide) is illustrative and not a binding quote. A firm quote is only issued after we've seen the space, discussed materials and scope with you, and confirmed measurements, either in person or from photos and dimensions you provide. Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or reserve an install date; that happens when a written quote is accepted by both parties.

Content is provided for informational purposes and is updated periodically; it may not reflect current pricing, material availability, or lead times. Please treat the blog and building-code references as general guidance, not a substitute for confirming current Ontario Building Code requirements for your specific project.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the contact form to submit anything other than a genuine project inquiry: automated, fraudulent, or abusive submissions may be blocked or reported.
