Grant's Stairs and Railings ("we", "us", "our") operates niagarastairs.ca. This page explains what personal information we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. We are a small, Ontario-based contracting business. Your information is used to quote and deliver your project, not sold or shared for marketing by anyone else.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, project type, and any project details or photos you choose to include in your message. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure automatically logs standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page) for security and performance monitoring. This is not linked to your identity beyond what your browser or network already exposes to any site you visit.

How we use it

We use the information from your contact form submission solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, and (if you become a customer) to plan, schedule, and invoice the work. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

How we share it

Submitting the contact form sends your message directly to our business email via our email delivery provider (SendGrid), which processes it only to deliver that one message. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

Your rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
